Join professional artists and the Samba Kidz (ages 7-13) in an enriching multi-arts summer program: samba drumming, steel pan, stilt walking, theatre arts, photography, outings and more!
Samba Kidz will showcase their new artistic skills in a final performance the last week of camp and will get other performance opportunities throughout the summer.

The Leaders In Training is for teens and the program runs concurrently with the Samba Kidz Summer Programs. Youth participate in all artistic activities but also have an enriched curriculum that builds critical thinking, communication, conflict resolution, and consensus-based decision-making. The youth leadership program demands focus, empathy, creativity and accountability from its participants. The hands on learning opportunities that DAC offers not only prepare our young leaders with tools to think laterally and creatively, but also to apply their ideas to real life situations.

Fee:

$875/child. $475/additional child per family. Financial assistance available to families who qualify.
