ArtReach Toronto is a funding program designed to support arts initiatives that engage youth who have experienced exclusion, encourage creative expression through quality arts opportunities for youth, and that foster meaningful youth engagement.

The fund was created through a successful collaboration between all three levels of government, as well as community and arts granting organizations. The members of the ArtReach Funders' Collaborative include; the Department of Canadian Heritage, United Way Toronto, Laidlaw Foundation, Ontario Trillium Foundation, Canada Council for the Arts, Toronto Community Foundation, Ontario Arts Council, Toronto Arts Council, and Cultural Services (City of Toronto).
