Thoughts about art and community:
Mindful Rupa Arts is about learning mindfulness and emotional awareness skills and meditative practices through the use of expressive and contemplative arts: painting, drawing, photography, and other creative mediums.
The arts take a dimension of discovery of oneself, others and the environment. Those practices help to develop emotional awareness and mindfulness into everyday life, in order to reduce stress, anxiety and encourage happiness into the community.
