Fred Victor is a multi-service non profit organization offering a continuum of community services, housing options and advocacy for adults who are experiencing homelessness, marginalization and poverty. We support people in their efforts to manage the stresses of life and to achieve their goals. We provide secure housing, affordable meals, individual and group support, and opportunities for learning, developing skills and expressing creativity. The Art Program provides a creative forum for artists to share their art, tell their stories and celebrate their talents.
The art programs provides flexible drop in style programming and is open to all members of the Fred Victor community.

Community art making programs builds greater awareness and understanding of the complex issues facing communities. It is through the collective power of people coming together to create, that allows communities to express themselves in order to effect personal and social transformation. Engaging groups of people in art making projects is the key to ensuring art remain with the people and that their voices get heard.
