Huron Street Studio is a space for beginner and experienced painters alike. Now in its fifth year, the HSS has flourished as a friendly and professional space for learning, exploring and evolving one's painting practice alongside a small number of fellow students. Palettes, paint, brushes and mediums are all provided - students need only bring a canvas.

HSS is operated by Toronto artist Sarah Merry. She has taught in a variety of educational environments, from her studio to art retreats to school classrooms.

Sarah is an accredited painter from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, the Ontario College of Art and the Slade School of Fine Art in London, UK.

Her work has been exhibited in Toronto, London and New York and is represented in private, public and corporate collections in Canada, USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Colombia and Dubai.
