After being a teacher for over 20 years, I've returned to complete my fine arts degree at OCAD University in Criticism and Curatorial Studies, with a minor in Material Arts and Design. I also have the great pleasure of working as a textile volunteer for SKETCH. My experience at SKETCH has opened my eyes to the power of art making in an environment welcoming street-involved, homeless and at-risk youth, as well as to the role art plays in the building of community relationships and influencing change.
