Maggie Flynn is a Toronto based artist, curator and community arts practitioner. She completed a BFA at York University with a certificate in Community Arts Practice.

In her practice as a community artist, Maggie has worked with a number of different organizations including the Winters Community Art Club, TheatrePeace, Working Women, and the Art Gallery of York University's education program, Power Tool Drag Racing. She had the opportunity to take her practice to El Salvador in 2008 when she worked with the Centro de Intercambio y Solidaridad. There she worked with women's small businesses doing design, marketing and sewing workshops using popular education methods.
