Art Spin June 28 @ Trinity Bellwoods Park, Toronto

June 28, 2012

Art Spin - the free bicycle led art tour - is entering its fourth year and gearing up for its first tour of the summer! Join us and our charismatic master of ceremonies, trumpet impresario Michael Louis Johnson, this Thursday, June 28th with your bikes and a sense of curiosity. The tour leaves from the Queen St. W & Strachan Ave. gate in Trinity Bellwoods Park at 7pm sharp, or join us at 6:30pm to witness art in the park and have your bike tuned up courtesy of Bike Pirates.

Art Spin is a free event and we'd love to see you there!

This month's Art Spin tour will feature an installation by Ann Marie Hadcock in the park, Lindsay Zier-Vogel remounts her wonderful and interactive "Love Lettering Project" with a bicycle inspired theme, a high energy performance by the dance troupe Throwdown Collective, and a solo exhibition by Ali Short, an exciting emerging artist to take note of, followed by an after party at Forgetus Collective to name just a few of the things we have in store for you. To find out what else awaits you, you'll have to join us!

For more info visit www.artspin.ca or email us at info@artspin.ca. See you Thursday!

Art Spin is possible with the support of the Ontario Arts Council and the Toronto Arts Council.

A special thanks goes out to Martin Neale of HoopDriver Bicycles for his generous support and the Bike Pirates for their invaluable assistance.
