Learn how to write a Business Plan, why you need a business plan and what it means to your business. This seminar will walk you through the basic steps in putting together a business plan and will engage you in exercises to practice writing it. We will discuss two short samples of business plans that may help you think about your own business idea. We’ll also help you with the basic financial concepts that go along with writing a business plan and answer any questions you may have.
