Clay & Paper Theatre is looking for a Technical Director & 2 assistant technicians
Clay & Paper Theatre is looking for a Technical Director & 2 assistant technicians for the Twelfth Annual Night of Dread coming up October 29th, in Dufferin Grove Park.
Are you interested and available to support an outdoor festival? We need someone who can manage setting up & running a sound system (with a wireless mic & a variety of mic's on stands) and two spotlights on scaffolding around the soccer field in the Park, on October 29th. Ideally this person will do some driving on Oct 28th picking these things up - with our trailer. Two Assistant technicians will help set up, operate spotlights, and tear down at the end of the event on the day, or rather, Night.
Clay & Paper Theatre presents theatre, pageantry, and puppetry in public space, accessible to all, PWYC, with and for the community. Night of Dread is a well-loved event in the city built by countless volunteers every year. We can offer a modest honorarium for technical support as well as unending appreciation and several hundred laughs. We are also looking for volunteers to help carry puppets and marshall the parade, set up, run, and tear down the event and get involved with Clay & Paper Theatre.
