GARDEN ARTS
TUESDAYS 5-7PM & WEDNESDAYS 3:30 - 5PM
HOPE garden - TUESDAYS, 5-7pm (in the
park on Cowan south of Queen)... all kinds of
arts in the garden workshops: sculpture with
bamboo, clay, mixed media, and painting!
DUNN garden - WEDNESDAYS, 330-5pm
(just past HOPE)... paint murals for the fence, do
ceramics and grow all kinds of tasty produce!
MOVEMENT ARTS

Every Wednesday, 12-2pm
Come for one session or all, all classes are
free, and open to a wide range of skill levels
from beginner to advanced.
Kung Fu (12-1) is an ancient system of
body and mind development developed
over many generations. Utilising the natural
strength of the unified body, proper breathing
and centering, Kung Fu is excellent at
developing balance, strength, grace and
self discipline. Kung Fu is also a performance
art and an excellent activity for promoting a
healthy mind and a healthy body.
Contemporary Dance (1-2)
is known as a rebellious and innovative
dance form that combines elements of
modern dance and classical ballet to
create nontraditional styles of movement.
Come ready to groove with your expressive
side and get in shape!
