Stop-Motion Animation Workshop
Puppet building, puppet animation fundamentals, and a "How To" intro to independent Stop Motion.

Introduction to Final Cut Pro Editing Software
Learn the basics of digital editing, including how to set up your project for a variety of digital formats, import and export images, footage and sound, how to edit your footage, add titles, apply sound and video transitions.

Introduction to the 16mm Oxberry Animation Stand
Learn how to use the Oxberry animation stand and utilize its vast capabilities for smooth camera movements and precise registration. Participants will be taught how to operate the 16mm camera, how to load and thread film, how the camera and animation stand move, and how to use the registration pegs.

Experimenting Under the Camera
Explore the many possibilities of working under the camera for animation: sand, paint-on-glass, cut outs, plasticine and more!

Classic Animation on Paper 101
Learn the basics of classical animation on paper in a two day workshop with Bryce Hallett. Bryce will school you on pencil tests, animation principles, cycles, and some quick and dirty animation shortcuts.

Digital Rotoscoping
Learn how to apply rotoscoping techniques in the digital age.
