stimulate-us
About:
stimulate-us is an art event that provides opportunites for artists to respond with their works to themes that connect communities, regardless of background. The emphasis is being able to share works reflect the stories of others.
stimulate-us was born on a summer afternoon at 89 Roncesvalles in 2009 by Toronto media artist and film editor Diana Cadavid and visual artist/art facilitator Ilana Divantman. Tinto Coffee House owners Elvia Saenz and Ricardo Rozental have generously opened their space for stimulate-us and have continued to support the project throughout its development.
