This is a youth-led public art project, supported as part of the STEPS Emerging ARTivist Program - a workshop and leadership program for children and youth that explores issues of public space and urban design through art.

This video was submitted along with a proposal to ArtReach Toronto by a group of teens STEPS is supporting to transform their local public spaces as part of our Emerging ARTivist Program.
